YOUR MISSION

Assist Communication Manager & CEO Assistant in daily administration work

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily administrative work including:
    • Office supplies management such as noting receiving records and establishing a management system
    • Meeting arrangement
    • Sending or receiving expresses and letters
  • Receive meeting notices or other documents released by parent company or higher units and deliver them to relevant departments
  • Travel logistics in China and abroad, includes tickets booking and itineraries preparation
  • Assist Communication Manager to customize and purchase goods for the company's image building
  • Assist Communication Manager to translate the company's newsletter and other documents between English and Chinese
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above, administration or relevant major,fluent in English,French is a plus
  • With 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in using MS office while photoshop skills preferred
  • Good communication skills and organizing ability
  • Initiative, careful with strong team work spirit
